Our liquid metal finished panels can be cut and joined the same as other finished products. A good laminate blade on a table saw or, how we do it is with a track saw. Although most of the hood vents we coat are all ready fully constructed, they certainly don't need to be. We can send full sheets or smaller panels based on the measurements you need for your custom hood. Sheets can be anything, 1/8 inch MDF for laminating, quality 3/4 inch plywood or any sheet good you prefer. Mitered edges can already be cut if needed. The backing structure and any fillers would be sent if needed. You can build your own custom range hood with real metal finishes, patinas and textures already done. This is a very cost effective way to build a range hood and an easier less bulky way to ship. You can start your own line of custom hoods with finishes that only you would have. Any other kitchen item can be done this way also. Such as cabinet doors, island panels and gable ends. Even the counter top.
